About Proactive Rehab Physical Therapy, Aquatic & Wellness Center

After completing his Master's of Science degree in Physical Therapy, he immediately began working for an outpatient rehabilitation center where he was a staff therapist, later becoming a site manager and then area administrator of several clinics. 

Having learned what he could, Dr. Powell took a leap of faith, starting his own private practice in 2007 with a desire that still stands today which is to provide quality care through evidence-based physical therapy practice.
